Remanufactured cartridges-products where the empty OEM cartridge shell has been cleaned, conditioned, and refilled for resale. Some printer models use cartridges protected by patents that prohibit anyone from producing a compatible cartridge. These printers can only be supplied with more OEM product, with remanufactured supplies, or by refilling.

Faulty Goods
If any goods supplied to you are found to be faulty on arrival, you have 28 days to inform us of the fault and return the faulty goods. When the goods are returned to us and the fault has been verified, we’ll issue you with a full refund via your original payment method.
Goods damaged in transit
If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 7 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, its best to sign the delivery note accordingly. Once the damaged goods are received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.
Unwanted Goods
If once you receive your order you find it to be either wrongly ordered or just not needed or wanted, we request that you report it to us within 7 days and return the goods to us unopened. Once the returned goods are received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.
Product Substitution Policy
Occasionally severe conditions could cause a major delay in the delivery of your order. At such times, Cut Price Ink 4U reserves the right to use different brands of product as long as they are equal in price and quality to expedite the shipment of your order. Should you receive such product and find it unsatisfactory, you may return the product for an exchange or refund.
